Oversized TCC Control & Enable Valve Kit • TCC Control Valve • TCC Enable Valve Kit for dual-valve pumps. Cannot be used in single-valve pumps. Symptoms: • Falls out of lockup when hot • Inadequate lubrication • No lockup • TCC apply & release concerns Cause: Continuous oscillation of the PWM controlled TCC control and/or enable valves creates bore wear, which can allow valuable converter feed and regulated apply oil pressure to leak. Correction: These oversized and wear-resistant valves restore proper hydraulic sealing clearances in refurbished pump bores to prevent oil leakage that results in converter apply/release complaints. NOTE: Sonnax oversized base plate VB-06 must be mounted to the VB-FIX to accommodate the 5L40-E, 5L50-E pump cover assembly. Required tool: F-55211-TL22
