Best in heavy-duty and towing applications. Gives quicker and firmer 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 shifts. Recalibrates shift feel. Symptoms: Long soft shift in towing & heavy-duty applications Soft shifts Cause: Broken, weak or collapsed accumulator springs. Correction: Replace accumulator springs with Sonnax improved shift feel accumulator spring kit. NOTE: For best results, use in conjunction with Sonnax line pressure modulator valve 96948-01K for heavy-duty/high performance applications.
